Mindsets – Do you have a growth or fixed mindset?

Growth vs Fixed Mindsets. Is intelligence and talent a fixed trait or simply a starting point which can be further developed?

I become increasingly interested in the idea of fixed vs growth mindset after reading Mindset: The new Psychology of Success – by Carol Dweck.

Carol Dweck’s work explores why some people meet their potential while others don’t.

Her research suggests that a person’s success is not only determined by a their ability but also their perception of ability  – whether it is inherent (fixed mindset) or whether it can be developed (growth mindset).
